Chicago Metallic Commercial & Professional Bakeware

Chicago Metallic bakeware items can be listed into 3 groups dependant upon the metal used, and the type of exterior finish. What this bakeware has in common are durable folded corners reinforced with wire rod. The first group is the Commercial II items built to endure a lifetime of daily baking. These heavy duty aluminized steel items are only available as uncoated. The second group of heavy aluminized steel is dual coated with diamond quality non-stick finish. This is a dual coat of ILAG premium non-stick is exclusive to Chicago Metallic. The thick gauge of aluminized steel in Group 1 & 2 ensures superior heat conduction for successful baking. The third group is the Professional non-stick Bakeware composed of carbon steel coated with a non-stick finish. The non-stick finish allows for the easy release of the baked product, and makes the cleanup simple.
